Apparently someone down the street from our reporter, Alucard, was murdered in a horrible way. I'm sure Alu would have been the one to take this story, but for some reason he wasn't home. Anyway!
What I heard from the police, was that the man had been drained of blood, and a bit of it was used to make a symbol. Let me fire up an image editor and try to draw it...
